What it is . . .

A miniature TV Camera is pushed through the drains to give an internal view. This can be recorded on a video for later analysis and presentation to customer. The image is in colour and of very High Quality. The camera automatically keeps upright in the drain and distance travelled is displayed on screen.

We can also provide a bound report including photos taken from the video and a scale diagram.

Why do it . . .

1. House Purchase - Surveyors often specify that a drain survey is carried out.
2. To help the diagnosis and rectification of Recurring Problems.
3. General Maintenance - Leaking drains can cause subsidence . . .
4. If you suspect Pitch - Fibre pipes have been used then pre-emptive maintenance may be indicated.

Why Us . . .

General

1. All Surveys are personally carried out by Ken Twydell a former Environmental Health Officer who has 20 years experience in the drain maintenance industry.
2. We pride ourselves on providing clear and concise reports in a format that can be easily understood.

If you are selling

1. Often the drainage survey is the last report asked asked for and the delay can create a log jam in the house purchase process. Our Surveys are professionally produced to a high standard and will be acceptable to any surveyor, engineer or builder.
2. We pride ourselves on our integrity. You can rest assured that we would never recommend unneccesary work.

If you are buying

1. Our reports are thorough.
2. Our conclusions will include comments on the legal status of drains and sewers.
3. If required we can give a verbal appraisal on the same day as the site visit.
4. Our rates are competitive.

What Then . . .

Using the information gained from the survey we can offer a range of suitable remedies, both conventional and "No Dig". Some repairs may be covered by household insurance. We are able to liaise with Insurance Companies and Loss Adjusters.
